RAM GPS Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

    Please note, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used GPS devices (unless defective or damaged during shipping).
  • Any customized or special-order products.

    Returning your product is easy! Here’s how to get started:

    Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and return shipping instructions.

    Carefully package the product, including the RA# clearly visible on the outside of the box.

    If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect product), we will cover all return shipping costs. For any other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
